Below is a sampling of the most common inquiries we get pertaining to your wedding ceremony in Italy. We hope we have the answers to your questions here, but if not, don’t hesitate to reach out and send us an email.

What are your fees?

Like our ceremonies, our pricing is personalized based on where in Italy the wedding will be held, whether or not a rehearsal is required, and what time the ceremony is scheduled for.  

What is included in your fees?

– A complimentary meeting on skype to talk about your wedding plans, our process, and how we can work together on your ceremony;

– As much communication as needed to build a personalized ceremony;

– Assistance with choosing or writing your vows;

– Professional, punctual, officiant for up to 3 hours on the wedding day;

– Keepsake symbolic wedding certificate in Italian printed on Florentine-style parchment and presented in a hardback folder for safe travelling;

-Upon request, presence/assistance at the rehearsal (may be charged extra)

What is your cancellation policy?

Ceremonies canceled less than 60 calendar days prior to the event will be billed in full.

Can you marry us at our villa?

Yes, of course! As symbolic wedding celebrants we can perform ceremonies at in gardens, at churches, on the beach, in vineyards and olive groves, in private villas, castles, palazzos … even in a hot air balloon … the sky is the limit!

Can we meet in person before the wedding

We get to meet each other early on with a skype call, then once you are in Italy and if there is a rehearsal scheduled, we will meet again before the wedding ceremony.

Can you suggest locations for us to consider for our wedding?

Yes!  We have performed weddings in Italy at some of the most breathtaking Italian venues and panoramic vista points.  We are happy to share them with you upon request.

Do you perform Renewal of Vows?

Yes we do!!

Do you perform same sex ceremonies?

Yes we do!!

How long does the ceremony last?

That is up to you and how much wording you would like, how many readings and music is included. We have celebrated weddings as short as 10 minutes and as long as an hour and a half! 

What time does the officiant arrive at the wedding?

We count on being at the ceremony location 45 minutes prior to starting time to do sound checks and make sure everything is in place.
